- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios

1. Prepare the Mango Wedges
- Wash and peel mangos with a sharp knife.
- Slice off the cheeks and cut into thick wedges (about ½ inch).
- Insert a skewer or popsicle stick into each wedge.
2. Freeze the Mango
