- 4 ripe mangos, sliced
- 4 tablespoons honey (plus more if needed)
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Puff pastry dough (store-bought, thawed if frozen)
- Optional egg wash:
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon milk
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Flavor the Mangos
- Drizzle honey directly onto the parchment-lined tray.
- Arrange mango slices on top, then drizzle more honey over them.
- Sprinkle the mangos with cinnamon, sugar, and cardamom.
3. Wrap in Puff Pastry
- Roll out the puff pastry dough slightly to smooth it.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and place a portion of the mango mixture onto each piece.
