  • 2 cups mango, diced into ¼-inch pieces
  • 2 sliced mango pieces (for garnish or mixing with frosting)
  • 12 oz mango-vanilla frosting
  • 12 oz mango-chocolate frosting
  • 48 edible candy eyes (for decorating)

Instructions

1. Mix the Batter

  • In a large mixing bowl, prepare the cupcake mix as directed on the package.
  • Gently fold in the diced mango pieces.

2. Fill the Cupcake Pan

  • Lightly grease a muffin pan or line it with cupcake liners.
  • Spoon the batter into each cup, filling them halfway.

3. Bake

  • Bake in a preheated oven according to the cupcake mix instructions (typically 350°F for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean).
  • Let cupcakes cool completely.

4. Make the Frosting
