- 1 can of buttermilk biscuits
- ½ cup fresh mango (cut into ¼-inch pieces)
- 32 fl oz frying oil (vegetable or canola works well)
- ¼ cup sugar

- ¼ cup black and white sesame seeds (mixed)
Instructions
- Heat the Oil
- Pour oil into a deep, heavy-bottomed pot until it’s a few inches deep.
- Heat to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer for best results.
- Prepare the Dough
- Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
