A beautiful blend of tropical mango and rich purple ube, this marbled cake is easy to make using a cake mix but looks and tastes completely homemade.

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 cups fresh mango, diced into ¼-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon ube powder
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon store-bought frosting
- 1 teaspoon ube powder (for frosting)

Instructions
1. Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 12×18-inch cookie sheet or baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Make the Cake Batter
- Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package directions.
- Gently fold in the diced mango.
- Scoop out 1 cup of the prepared wet cake batter and place it in a separate bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon ube powder to this separated portion and mix well to create the ube batter.
3. Assemble and Bake
- Pour the remaining yellow mango batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the purple ube batter on top of the yellow batter.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the two batters together, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Cool and Decorate
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
- Once fully cooled, use a round cutter to cut out three cake layers.
- Mix the frosting with 1 teaspoon ube powder to tint it light purple.
- Stack the cake rounds, adding frosting between each layer and on top.

- Garnish the top with a fresh mango flower (thinly slice mango and arrange in a rose shape) for a stunning presentation.
