Ingredients to make Matcha Latte with Mango Syrup Recipe
- 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1–2 tbsp water (for blending mango)
- 1–2 tsp matcha powder
- 4 tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- ½ cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- Ice cubes

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Mango Purée
- In a blender, combine the diced mango with 1–2 tablespoons of water.
- Blend until smooth and pour the purée into the bottom of a tall glass.
Step 2: Layer the Latte
- Add a handful of ice cubes on top of the mango purée.
- Gently pour in the milk, leaving some space at the top for the matcha layer.
Step 3: Prepare the Matcha
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 4 tablespoons of hot water until completely dissolved and frothy.
- Stir in the honey or your preferred sweetener if using.
