Ingredients to make Matcha Latte with Mango Syrup Recipe

  • 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1–2 tbsp water (for blending mango)
  • 1–2 tsp matcha powder
  • 4 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • ½ cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Mango Purée

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango with 1–2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Blend until smooth and pour the purée into the bottom of a tall glass.

Step 2: Layer the Latte

  1. Add a handful of ice cubes on top of the mango purée.
  2. Gently pour in the milk, leaving some space at the top for the matcha layer.

Step 3: Prepare the Matcha

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 4 tablespoons of hot water until completely dissolved and frothy.
