These creamy, fruity mango clusters are coated in white chocolate for a refreshing and indulgent treat  perfect for warm days or make-ahead snacks.

  • 2 ripe mangos, diced into small cubes
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups white chocolate, melted (for coating)
  • Optional: shredded coconut (for topping)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Mango Yogurt Mixture

  • Dice the mangos into small cubes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mango pieces with Greek yogurt and stir until well mixed.

2. Form and Freeze the Clusters

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Spoon small dollops of the mango-yogurt mixture onto the tray, forming bite-sized clusters.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully solid.

3. Coat in White Chocolate

  • Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Once the clusters are frozen, dip each one into the melted white chocolate to coat completely.

4. Add Toppings (Optional)

  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle shredded coconut on top for a tropical finish.

5. Chill and Serve
