- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g yogurt
- 2 tsp gelatin (bloomed and dissolved in 2 tbsp cold water)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 20g sugar
Instructions
- Crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
- Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 20cm spring form pan.

- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat the mango puree and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
