For the chocolate crust
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Make the chocolate crust. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 10 minutes, or until set.
- Make the cheesecake filling. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in sour cream, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir in Nutella.
- Make the mango layer. In a medium bowl, combine mango, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Assemble the parfaits. In glasses or jars, layer chocolate crust, cheesecake filling, mango layer, and whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
Tips
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate graham crackers.
- If you don’t have Nutella, you can use 1/4 cup melted semisweet chocolate chips or 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
- For a smoother mango layer, puree the mango in a blender or food processor.
